The trust leads non‑surgical cancer services for Lancashire and South Cumbria. The Rosemere Cancer Centre operates one of the UK’s largest radiotherapy services and has a new chemotherapy facility at Chorley & South Ribble Hospital. Specialist nurses support chemotherapy delivery, and there is a 24‑hour treatment helpline.
