The trust operates two dedicated chemotherapy suites (Bluebell Unit at Royal Blackburn Teaching Hospital and Primrose Unit at Burnley General Teaching Hospital) delivering chemotherapy and immunotherapy. Radiotherapy is provided at the Rosemere Cancer Centre in Preston. A 24/7 helpline staffed by acute oncology nurses offers advice to patients receiving systemic anti‑cancer therapy – call 01254 733362. Patients are seen by GP or consultant referral; SACT units operate Monday–Friday.
