Rachael Hastwell

Rachael has over 20 years of experience in the NHS across the North West. With a background in service transformation, operational delivery, and sustainability programmes, she has led work to develop new services and reduce waiting lists, improving access and outcomes for patients across the region.

Rachael holds a Diploma in Management and is currently studying for an Executive MBA in Healthcare Leadership. She is committed to developing equitable, high-quality services and strengthening system-wide collaboration to improve outcomes for teenagers and young adults across the TYA Network.
