Hi, my name is Jessica Gibbons and I am a Brain tumour clinical nurse specialist and the lead for TYA at the Walton Centre. I work alongside the wider multidisciplinary team to support patients along their journey from diagnosis to treatment. It is a privilege to be able to support young people and their families to ensure their care is managed in a timely and effective way, ensuring ongoing referrals to other professionals to help provide them with person centred care
